Background : The Improvement Service (IS) is a publicly funded company limited by guarantee, with a total annual budget in the region of £8 million.

We do this by providing a range of products and providing advisory services including consultation and facilitation, learning and skills, performance management and improvement, and research.

Our office is based in Livingston, West Lothian, located conveniently for commuters between Edinburgh and Glasgow. The postholder will play a significant role in supporting our Customer Service Team. Providing excellent customer service to our customers accessing the National Entitlement Card Scheme via getyournec.scot.

About the role : An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Improvement Service in the role of Customer Service Administrator. This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Flexible working hours are available.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and proactive individual who will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination and delivery of the National Entitlement Card Scheme.
